What Is The Definition Of Balanced Line In Football?
1. A balanced line in football is when the offensive line consists of two tackles and two guards on each side of the center. In some cases, teams may add a tight end to the offensive line to aid in blocking. However, if only one tight end is added to one side of the offensive line, then it is unbalanced. In order to remain balanced, the team must add another tight end to the opposite end of the offensive line.
