Apparently all it takes is some planks and the body of a small child.
Okay, that sound a bit weird, but by the looks of Mr. Brady’s latest Facebook post, it appears he’s managing his time-off well by combining his workouts with family time.
At 37, and battling against Father-Time, Brady has no time for slacking off in the offseason. Especially if he plans to play into his 40s.
I wonder if Brady and Jr. are at a private gym or they’re doing their crunchies at home? If you’re gonna say that there’s no way that he has a big, private gym at home, then you obviously don’t remember how big his previous home was.
