Nike didn’t have to do it, but they did.
With Derek Jeter playing his final year with the New York Yankees and doing his last farewell tour across the league, Nike went ahead and created a tribute commercial for one of their beloved athletes.
The commercial features cameos from many professional athletes and celebrities such as Jon Lester, Spike Lee, Jay-Z and even Michael Jordan himself.
Whether you like Jeter or the Yankees, it’s hard to not tip your hat to a player of his talent and character.
